Welcome! Ria Unson Fine Art is thrilled to share work with you. These Terms of Service outline how the studio operates, what to expect when ordering artwork, and our mutual agreement to ensure a seamless experience. By using this website or purchasing from the studio, you agree to the terms below.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
What the Collector Owns: When purchasing an artwork or fine art print, the collector owns the physical piece to display, enjoy, and share on personal social media.
What the Studio Retains: As the artist, Ria Unson retains all original copyrights and legal intellectual property rights to all artwork, images, and content on this site.
Restrictions: Collectors may not copy, scan, reproduce, commercialize, print, or create derivative works (including prints or digital assets like NFTs) from any piece without explicit written permission from the studio.

PRODUCTS & DISPLAY ACCURACY
Color Accuracy: High-resolution photography is used to represent each piece as accurately as possible. But because monitor displays and screen settings vary across devices, slight color variations between the screen and the physical product may occur.
Print Sizing: Dimensions listed for fine art prints include the outer white border. Please double-check sizing details before placing an order.

ORDERS & PROCESSING
Order Details: Fulfillment begins promptly after an order is placed, so address adjustments or order updates cannot be guaranteed once submitted. Please review all details carefully at checkout.
Special Requests: Requests added to order notes (such as personalized signatures) are welcomed and considered, but are subject to studio availability and workflow constraints.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Delivery: Once an order leaves the studio, tracking details will be sent via confirmation email.
Address Accuracy: Ria Unson Fine Art is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Returned parcels can be re-sent at the collector’s expense.
Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the collector's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

ARTWORK CARE & TRANSIT DAMAGE
Inspecting Delivery: Please check the piece as soon as it arrives! If an order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact the studio within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the artwork and outer packaging so an insurance claim can be processed.
Long-Term Care: Fine art materials are delicate. The studio is not liable for damage occurring after delivery, including mishandling during unboxing, fingerprints, improper framing, mounting, or display environmental exposure.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION
Final Sale: Due to the specialized, made-to-order nature of prints and the unique quality of original works, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged in transit.
Authorized Returns: In the event a return is specifically authorized by the studio, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition. Any signs of wear or handling marks may result in a reduced refund or denial of the claim.
